How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We can update it if your order hasn't been processed yet.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within South Africa only. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future - stay tuned!

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The funds will appear in your account within 3-5 business days after processing.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
